Pro Status Requirements

In order to be a Pro, you have to have some experience.

Be in the top three of deliveries completed for the location. Every location you deliver for is unique, this ensures you’re comfortable working with the location and have earned the spot.

Pro’s must provide exceptional service on a consistent basis.

The name of the game. Get deliveries done on time, it’s the most important metric to locations.

There is no tolerance for not showing up to a commitment in a business environment.
If you have checked all of these boxes based on a 30 day rolling basis of your delivery history, you will be eligible for Pro status!

When online, you will receive delivery notifications for this Location before anyone else resulting in guaranteed delivery opportunities.

Get 24 hour early access to available Charters and Shuttles.

Assuming you continue to meet the requirements on a 30-day rolling basis and you do not opt out, your status will continue to roll-over.

Get the ability to add new automotive vendors to the platform that want you to deliver for them.
Pro status is meant to take some of the unpredictability out of gig work. With hard work and some consistency, it gives individuals the chance to own their customers and a predictable stream of earning opportunities that they can then build on.

Fleet Status Requirements

You’re a trusted Delivery Provider for multiple locations with a guaranteed shot a delivery volume.

Since you’re going beyond working as an individual, you must switch your account to an LLC or equivalent business entity to support your expansion.

All of your hired and added drivers meet Basic status requirements of Tonquin’s on-boarding process.
Going well beyond your average gig delivery driver, expand on your hard earned opportunities and capture even more. Hire your own drivers, acquire delivery vehicles and add them to your account. Fleet status will expand your ability to serve more customers and grow your territory.
