Partnership Announcement
We're excited to finally share that Tonquin has partnered with Last-mile Delivery Platforms, OneRail and Bringg!🎉
What does that mean for Delivery Providers?
By connecting to these partners, Delivery Providers will get access to delivery opportunities from some of the largest names in aftermarket auto parts and similar companies in the automotive space. Companies like Advance Auto Parts, WorldPac, AutoZone and more.
No action is required from Delivery Providers :) This update will all take place in the background.
Timelines and active cities
We will be making further announcements when these partnerships go live, which will include announcing both when and where to expect an increase in requests so Delivery Providers can be prepared and ready to earn! There are no set dates as of yet, but we're working towards getting things in action as soon as possible.
What to expect - The Full Delivery Experience
What to Expect Day to Day
The increase in requests will come in the form of On-demand Deliveries and will be paid per delivery. These deliveries could come from Advance Auto Parts, ATD, WorldPac and more.
We hope to implement Charters (working on an hourly basis for a location) back into the mix over time for the customers coming to us through a partner like Bringg and OneRail. Charters and Shuttles will still be available through customers using Tonquin natively and not through a partner so always keep a look out for those!
Delivery Expectations
These deliveries will most likely be single stop, high service level (deliveries that need to be done in 30, 45, or 60 minute time frames), and short distance. But of course, every delivery is different and there will be many types of deliveries.
These various auto part stores, tire stores and others will be requesting these deliveries to go to their business customers. The places that install the parts you're delivering and likely where you also go to get maintenance done on your car!
Again, no new action will required by Delivery Providers to get access to these new opportunities. Simply follow the best practices for succeeding in on-demand auto parts delivery and you’ll hit the ground running!
